Within this journey, I want to hold your hand and show you our story. I want to show you the truth behind Lyme disease.

This is a world corrupted by the CDC, IDSA and pharmaceutical companies. A world where the sick get sicker.

We have been told that we suffer from forms of mental illness or we are just looking for attention. We shell out thousands upon thousands of dollars to receive proper treatment because our insurance companies can deny our care. We have been told we have an illness that doesn’t exist. Accused of wanting to be sick and burden those that we love or we wanted to lose the productive lives that we once lived. The same lives that we all dream we can have once again.

As a community we point the finger at those responsible in the controversy and make them own up and answer to the questions on why they have turned a blind eye on an epidemic that is infecting a possible 200,000 people a year.

This book was written to bring about more awareness to the conflicts of interest held by the IDSA and their actions; knowingly allowing suffers to be refused proper medical treatment.

The infected have become disabled or have died all for the sake of profit. This book also includes a look at the daily lives of quite a few "Lymies", written in their own words.

It is necessary to force the truth out there and bring about the change needed so no more will die or become disabled because of the ignorance of the Centers of Disease Control and the Infectious Diseases Society of America."
